Xavi, tattoo artist specialising in portraits and realism

Xavi García Boix is a professional tattoo artist who has been devoted to realism and portraiture since 1992. A Fine Arts graduate, he opened his first studio that same year and left teaching in 1995 to devote himself fully to tattooing.

His work has taken him to tattoo in Spain and abroad —Mexico, Switzerland, Italy, the United States, Singapore and the Czech Republic—, always with a focus on photographic realism and portraiture.

His work has won awards at the tattoo conventions of Valencia and Barcelona.
